Delicious and great value. I was in the building to vote during my lunch break. Saw the cafe and decided to check it out. I got shepherds pie, quinoa salad and a Nanaimo bar. All were delicious and priced right. I live in the area, this could be my new lunch spot when I work from home. Everything looked fresh and clean. Love finding neighborhood gems like this.

Got some shepherd's pie from there for lunch with a side of couscous salad :) the food is simply amazing and prices are so good. It looks like a family owned business and they are such nice people. Edit: came back again today. I have not had a single thing not taste amazing from this place.

We had breakfast last week and ordered the egg and avocado sandwich, the spinach feta cheese omelette and coffee. Very tasty and filling food! And the price is definitely another plus. Service was friendly too

Love this little lunch spot! I live in the area and like to come here for a well balanced lunch with a variety of salads and mains available. I tend to go for the daily feature, which was once a tasty and large portion of lasagne and today was teriyaki meatballs with rice. My favourites though are the cold salads like the wheat berry salad and the pasta salads! Also good prices and very friendly service.

A nice cafe to visit for a well priced breakfast or lunch. They even have sushi! Their Uptown Big Breakfast has great for what you get, and their Avocado egg sandwich is delicious

I used to be a regular here when i was working in that area. run by two sweet ladies. The chicken sandwich is amazing! they have a variety of salad options and limited lunch menu. Prepared fresh everyday! The cookies and banana bread are delicious. I come to this even though its 40mins from my house whenever possible. they are open for breakfast and lunch only.wish they are open till 7pm so i can come regularly. Ample seating place inside and out available. Clean and neatly maintained place.
